ABOUT US

Experience you can trust

KAP Management LLC is a small, licensed new home builder in NJ.  The company is a 50/50 partnership managed by myself (Jeffrey Patterson) and NJ Site and Utility.

After graduating from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2013, I, Jeff Patterson, got into construction work and eventually opened this LLC in my name.  Over the past few years I have overseen the building on over a dozen or so new homes.  At the same time I have been working various contracting jobs for different private and commercial builders. This has given me great hands on experience in nearly all fields of construction, from excavating to framing, all the way to the trim and painting finishes of a new home.

An associate of KAP Management and long time bulder, is Fred Patterson. While I am overseeing the entire project first hand, I have his experience behind me.  He has worked for various builders over the past 30 years and built over 2,000 homes and 300,000 square feet of commercial work.

Working with us as the other half of KAP Management is NJ Site and Utility.  NJ Site and Utility is a third generation family run business.  They are a very successful excavating business whom we have had the pleasure to know and work with for many years.  They will be taking care of all of our site work and excavating needs on the project.

Each person that makes up KAP Management LLC has extremely high personal qualifications.  As a small business there are many benefits that help us to be very competitive with our pricing, and more attentive to detail on our builds.  We have very little overhead and at the same time great connections to building suppliers from our long history in the business.  Also, being as we only have a handful of projects running, we have the time to be much more careful in the building of each and every house we take on.  We hope this information may help you feel secure in your decision to let us take on such a vastly important project with you, the building of your new home!
